Explaining that Vicky was a dancer he had met in a Seattle bar, he wrote that he was very unhappy with his life and with his wife. He revealed that he had been researching "child pornography as defined by the state of Washington" and had uncovered links to Seattle area men. Freeman then made clear that he had been involved in child pornography, and that he had lured the girl into modelling for him. He further revealed that the woman was not his wife, and that she worked for a Seattle Youth for Community Action. He recommended that the FBI arrest his wife and her supposed accomplices. Shortly afterward, the FBI removed him from the 10 Most Wanted list.
