The Cybermen's attack on Trenzalore is eventually repelled by the Doctor, and the organic Cybermen aboard the Vanishing Point are apparently wiped out by the combined efforts of the Doctor, the Tenth, the Eleventh and the Twelfth Doctors, while the surviving Cybermen return to the crack through which they entered, and return to the future.
